OBJECTIVE: All-around development program for speed, power, agility, reaction, and quickness. When athletes come into my training center at TC Almon/Point Mallard Park looking for improvements across the board, this is the regimen we use – regardless of what sport your play, really mix it up; this program will develop all your athletic abilities. You should be able to keep things fresh by combining different drills every time out.
