HS Timeouts |
Four main timeouts:
- Goals
- Cards
- Penalty Kicks
- Injuries
No timeouts for substitutions
Can also stop for intentional delays (excessive substitutions) or
other causes.
Signal with crossed arms; restart with whistle.
Time does not start until ball is back in play.
(USSF is substitutions, injuries, wasting time, or other causes).

Three cases:
- 2nd caution
- Taunting
- Excessive celebration
Show yellow and red cards at the same time.
Person (player, coach, bench personnel) is disqualified.
BUT the team does NOT play down. |
